As a most trusted bank in india SBI need to put some effort with their customer service.From past 10 days I couldn't able to transact any amount through my debit card.Like its showing on the atm screen ( 043 pin change error) .So I tried to change my pin but still the problem exist.So I called the toll free number, first of all it took me almost 40 min to connect to the executive.After that they suggest me to go and meet my home branch.I went and the service manager also couldn't able to help me and suggest me to call back the toll free again.Finally after making drama on their grievance policy the branch manager called me and suggest me to get a new atm which will take almost 20 days to get.Then ofcourse the pin procedure which is the most hardcore process with sbi still remains.
