Hi I am from moradabad.the service of statebank of india is not good.many times the atm service is not good.many times atm machine is not working properly .and if we want to withdraw the money there is a long line.and we wait for the long time to withdraw the money.and employee does not talk good to the customers.so we can say that the customer service is also not satisfactory.phone banking is also not good .we do not get the so much information from phone banking. also the internet service is not good.
