SBI is the most old public sector bank of india. Maximum nber of citizen of india has their account in SBI. But their efficiency of services are reducing day by day.
The phone banking service that they are provide is not up to the mark. Unlike other banks they donot give any massage to the registered mobile number if any transaction happens in our account. The atm service of the bank is also not that good. As most of the ATM remains out of oreder or they remain short of cash. Moreover they donot provide small value curreny note like 50 and 100. SBI also required to give a little attention on net banking facilities that they are providing. The customer service facitily of SBI is not at all good. They donot reply to any enquiries which is very frustrating.
