I opened a SBI bank account two years back. I have no personal complaints regarding the service of the bank, everything is going well. State Bank of India is a trustable Bank. The features of phone banking is available, phone banking services are little low over all, which is a negative feedback on the bank. And I don’t know about other areas but there is a lot of ATM availability in my area, and Im satisfied with that. I don’t have to go miles away for cash withdrawal, there is a lot of availability of the SBI ATMs near me. Even there is facility of internet banking, there is no problem at all. The ease of banking can be experienced with the SBI. The servicing of the SBI Bank is not bad, it is really good. All my family members have a State Bank of India’s account, it is a trustable bank, which makes crores of people choose SBI. Thank you.
