It is the biggest bank of india but unfortunately its services are not so good. If you want open an account or you have to deposit money , you have to stand in a large que. The best part of this bank is only their atm’s . you can find their atm anywhere in your city which is not in case of other banks.
Internet banking and phone banking are good section of it. But to start them is slow process.
Customer support is too bad. They never support you. They only insult you. This happens with all other banks also.
Union bank of india is better than state bank of india if u dont want to stand in que and want fast services.
