I have been working at State Bank of India full-time( More than 3 years)
Positive:
Largest Public Sector Bank; Exposure is unlimited; Better pay structure than most PSBs.
Negative:
Poor work life balance; Cross Selling of Insurance becoming core business of the Bank; Rural assignments consume most of the service life.
Advice to Management
Management should actually take actions on real and critical feedbacks than just skimming for politically correct/laudatory feedbacks from staff.
