Sbi employees are most uneducated and pathetic when it comes to providing info.even sbi manager dont know rules and regulations of their bank.why do ya hire rogues who dont know anything about your own bank.i have a cheque bounce case which says KINDLY CONTACT DRAWER.nobody in bank can rectify the exact reason why cheque was returned.they behave like bunch of illiterate giving and guessing different reason.IF A CUSTOMER DONT KNOW WHY HIS CHEQUE WAS REJECTED, HOW DO WE RECTIFY OUR MISTAKE.sbi employees are most hostile and lethargic rogues.for each and everything they will sayGO TO HOME BRANCHEVEN TO GIVE INFO.why did ya computerise your banking and why do ya feel proud to say SBI CORE BANKING .sbi is same as bank which was 30 years back which used to run on paper and ledger books. sbi employees dunno why they are provided with computers.i dunno how sbi hires such dumb idiots into banking who cant give exact reason for cheque return. most of sbi employees dunno even things that are written on sbi website.even sbi manager is ignorant of that. SBI IS MOST UNFRIENDLY BANK TO SENIOR CITIZENS AND PENSIONERS.they want 70 year old to behave like 30 yr old.
they have customer care which is useless like its employees, they dunno anything, they just ask to contact home branch.home branch says they dunno cuz it happens in cts. to whom should we ask for genuine info, i have contacted 3 sbi bank branches, i got 3 different answers. SBI HAS DIFFERENT RULES FOR DIFFERENT BRANCHES ACCORDING TO ITS EMPLOYEES.
SBI ROGUE EMPLOYEES ARE BUSY IN SERVING RICH AND FAMOUS THROUGH PHONE CALLS AND MAILS. THESE ROGUES DONT GIVE INFO AND ARE VERY HOSTILE TO COMMON MAN AND SENIOR CITIZENS. THESE ROGUES GIVE BRANCH PHONE NUMBERS, THEY ARE VERY HOSTILE TO SPEAK ON PHONE OR GIVE INFO TO CUSTOMER WHO HAS ACCOUNT IN THEIR BANK. REMOVE PHONES FROM YOUR BANKS IF YOU DONT WANT TO ANSWER CUSTOMER QUERIES.
