Hey guys here I am writing my review about the State Bank Of India.My all family members are part of SBI and we are connected to this bank for many years.But now it seems we have to withdraw our accounts.The service of the bank is getting worse day by day and they are doing fraud business in the name of their reputation.The phone banking system of SBI is no doubtly good and they provide important sms time by time, but I have noticed that these days they are charging extra bills on their services.The bank did not charge much bills previously but now this problem is getting bigger day by day.SBI thinks most Indians belong to elite class but they don’t think about tge avarage Indians who also use this bank.ATM of SBI bank is available in every place but is money available in th ATM? This is the question.In my town there is 2 SBI ATMs but most of the time they run out of cash and a board hangs saying that ATM is out of link.So if I can’t use tge ATM so why not close it.Internet banking service of ATM is worst.The internet banking service of the bank takes upto 48 hours and takes minimum 24 hours. Transition alertment doesn’t come regularly which is a very bad.SBI charges much more than other private bank.If we are paying more so what is the fact of using a Government bank? The customer service is very bad and I have personally experienced much offense made against customers by the clerks.The behave rudely to senior citizens and say they should not have come to bank and they also say that they don’t have enough time tomake understand us about some fact.They don’t talk properly to us and which seems we are the only responsible for joining their bank.The SBI has a rule of keeping minimum ₹ 2500 in their banks otherwise charges are applied.But they don’t get the fact that their 40% customers don’t have that monthly income and most others can’t maintain that rule.So is this your free service? Is this your Government policy? Is this your service for peoples of India? The bank has become nothing more than a business for cheating normal people hiding behind the Government’s name.So guys let’s protest against it and make SBI more friendly to us.
