I had opened an account at this bank because I thought that they respect their customer and give good customer services, but it was not at all as thought. The employees over their take like forever to deal with their customers even if they want to deposit their money or do some work which would require less time. Some of the employees at my branch are very rude. If we don’t get something that they explain at once or if we do some small mistakes while doing something, instead of helping us they shout at us. The only good thing is the ATM service and the internet banking service, but some times they also take a lot of time to process. I seriously regret opening an account at this bank
