No action taken by bank until now

Someone withdrew 15K from my account on 13 Jan 2018 from NOIDA without my knowledge through PayTM. It was withdrawn by that unknown person in the lot 5000 INR each, details are:-

I came to know about this withdrawal in February and since then am following with SBI, Subroto Park Branch. I have written several complaints for the reversal but until now I did not receive anything apart from assurance.


Things initiated by bank from 30 January but until now they did not reach up to any final solution. As a working lady it is very hard for me to chase them every now and then, it is affecting my work. Though, I still go and check with them every week for reversal in my account. From past six month am after this and until now no solid thing has come out.


With reference to my savings bank account with the branch mentioned below.

The complaint was lodged on Jan 30, 2018 and till its been connected with branch with no result. Each time they give re-assurance that amount will be refunded as early as possible but its been eight month with no result. Those were my hard earned money and I can’t let this amount go in vain. It is not a small amount to just forfeit without my fault.


Their behavior towards their customer who is going through such a devastating phase of her life is not appreciable. From past eight month am following them in hope of getting my money back.


If someone is withdrawing money from our account or they are cloning our ATM then who is responsible for that. Why they are not making their cards protected from all such shits.?


I changed my ATM card twice. When they are charging money from us for services they should get well equipped to cope up with such crime. In the end only customer is suffering, he/she has to waste their time and money.
