I’m already account holder of State Bank of india. I open my account 4 year ago. I face problem of internet transection because of some site have show few bank transection faclity but one of them held of State Bank of india so I feel to open a new bank account in State Bank of india.but some problem are face at the time of open bank account like rush of people, processing late, no coordination between of bank employees, misbehave of employees etc.State Bank of india are provide faclity of phone banking, internet banking, ATM availability and also customer service.but these ATM machine almost are high compare other bank but they have no money some time and also customer sevices are not satisfactory because every problem releted of account they said to contact of his branch no solved problems subsequently.
