Prepare to get Insulted.....keep your self esteem outside the doors while coming in.
I can bet that many SBI account holders will swear on this. As an unfortunate turn of events my parents created my account with SBI, when I was a minor.
I was too young to figure out what I will be subjected to when I grow up and start using my SBI account.
Unlike the private banks where "Customer is God" here the slogan is exactly the same but the last word is reversed.
He is someone who stands endlessly and cannot even bark, coz if the executive is miffed she/he may make you burn in Hell.
I have seen many elderly people and young working ppl like me wasting their time and nerves on the SBI executives. The customer is the "needy" fool who will tolerate ever ordeal he is subjected to.
The executives are un-answerable to anyone coz unlike private cos they have no job to loose and no target to be met. They are like dinosaurs they came in when SBI existed and will only go if a Tsunami hits it.
Lethargic, "I care a damn" attitude is their trademark. They compete amongst themselves to show who is the slowest!
When you go to withdraw your money they make you feel as if you are some thief robbing your own account.
Why do still continue with them?
Govt. banks are stable
I am checking the alternatives
Internet banking helps me avoid the old hags
There is a silver lining to every dark cloud...here it is internet banking. Minus the nuisance of drag-old executives....still relying on their age old registers for making entries...
Usability and security point of view it is a good software.
One may switch to internet banking and forget the rude people you have to deal with...only if you dont have a locker there :-p.
Dont even think about home loans..perhaps ill write a seperate review for that.
