I am customer of sbi from last 5 years.i am not tell about other branch services of sbi but specially branch in { mumbai ( malad) branch name-kurar} bank size is small but people are come in bank for passbook clearing deposit there money it’s too hard in that bank. There is no management in that branch.members of bank those working on counter they toss from 1st counter to 2nd to 5th and so on.
When I go to close someone’s account I need nearly 4 signature and for that I need 3hrs to complet it overall service is in bad condition.
