I have a saving account in state bank of india and I faces some problem I doing day to day work through bank for example sometimes when I do internet banking it does not accept my card many time ìn once that a big problem and I face many difficulties from this many times in important occasion.
The next problem that I face is availability of ATM . Many times I have seen that in some place availability of ATM still not available and that’s reason people not able to incash their money quickly .
One more thing is that they don’t provide awareness of Internet banking which is an important part of our life .
Beside of this sometimes customer has to go bank many times to do one work which causes lots of time wastage.
