I don’t know why other people has rated this bank as good bank, this bank is the worst bank I have every seen . Unfortunately every member of family has their account in this bank so a visit this bank so many times .Some of the points I am writing here about this bank .
1.I have my account in SBI sutappati branch and I think it is the worst barnch of statebank of India .
2.This branch is always overcrowded and you will alwat feel pain doing any banking from this bank .
3.Each and every staff of this bank is either rudeof lazy, they will always try to avoid your task .
4.The accountant of this bank just misplaced the life certificate of my grandfather so he unneccesary got in trouble in getting the pension, and didn’t got his pension on the time .
5.This bank has put my 975 rupees on hold since august 2015 and the bank official is not giving me the proper reason of hold .
6.Even today I called the bank manager for this and he didn’t picked my phone up.
- If you will visit this bank the most of the worker here donot even know how to use the computer and they work like a child keeping you stand in long que.
8.The manager is very much lazy and never try to solve any problem and whenever you tell him about the problem he will be ready with the excuse that they are not having the proper staff .
So pls I tequest you please choose other bank over this bank of any other purpuses .Or worse keep ykur money with you that will be even more safe and secure
