Beside being the country’s most reliable bank it has the worst customer service , I feel like I am being treated like a culprit , they don’t know how to talk politely to a customer and everywhre there is a long queue , huge waste of time for working people and student.And now a days most of the merchant deny payment by its internet banking, Atms are more or less down poor maintainence.
