My wife is having account with SBI Branch: Ranaghat, West Bengal. Last month Rs.924 was kept on hold, my wife met the Branch Manager for clarification but he could not say why. Later again Rs.924 was deducted means twice Rs.924 was deducted. This time the Branch Manager gave this excuse that Rs.924 was accidentally credited to her account to which my wife asked that from where it was credited to which he had no answer. Just dont know what to do as no help from the Branch itself.
