I am an sbi customer for past 8months and I have been using this bank mainly for its wide services and tie ups.
But I wanted to make an paypal account which I was not able to make, and I was also not able to make use of cash deposit machine , they said I can add money to my account by manually feeding in my account number and details but I will be charged 25 rupees per transaction.The atm service is poor as it always has an issue with it.I was not satisfied with the customer care representatives.I hope they take care on it a bit.
