Bank which doesn't care their customer

Customer service : no service provided. Most of the service to be provided at branch only. Its taken 2 yrs for me to get internet banking id/pwd. Even after, 1 more year to get authorization. Several time, I have to struggle with them. Even for opening a FD at home branch, I will have to fight with them. They are so lazy on doing their work..don’t care customer. For every thing, I have to visit multiple time.


Never remember any case where I am satisfied. Bcoz of that, I had to open a/c’s in private bank which are charging bus getting best service. I also opened a/c is some other nationalized bank. Service is much better as compare to SBI..though not that much good as compare to Private bank...but I am happy since they are giving service for what they are charging. Even for converting from single to joint a/c, I had to fight with manager then they agreed and made.


Whenever I visit ATM. I found either machine is not dispensing cash or some other problem....


Only thing which I like about SBI is the biggest network...
