I am a customer of statebank, kolkata branch.i as a customer satisfied with the bank performance.the bank is reached near to the common people to the society. Also its digitalization like atm machine is almost all over the country.here is many deposit facilities like savings account, current account, recurring account, etc.also the interest rate pf the bank is not bad.it is between 3.5% to 4% .it also includes the zero balace accout.tgat means a daily worker also can open a account in this bank and a zero balance account holder is also carried a rupay debit card in this bank.so the facilities are amazing.i really satisfied with the bank facilities.
