SBI is the worst bank, on friday night , @6.24pm I got a message stating that my account was created with INR 3, 00, 000 IMMEDIATELY I WENT TO THE ATM TO CHECK MY BALANCE FOUND THAT I HAD 5K IN MY ACCOUNT THAT WAS DEDUCTED I WAS RUNNING ON NEGATIVE BALANCE IMMEDIATELY I MADE A CIMPLAIN ON TWITTER CMS AND EVERYTHING , NOBODY WAS LEAST BOTHERED TO ANSWER THEM.AND SATURDAY AND SUNDAY BEING A BANK HOLIDAY I WAS HELPLESS AS I NEEDED TGE MONEY FOR MY MOTHER TREATMENT, I was in a mess and there contact centre executive was having a very very rude behaviour and they were adviaing me of phone banking rather than my problem being addressed to my surprise when I went to the bank it was a real harrashment for me firstly they were inadequate , tge branch mAnasultanger are busy in there phone I am so helpless
And at last after a good fight when I stated I will take legal action , finally my account was restored.
This is my suggestion dont bank with sbi today it happened with me it will haopen with you tommorow
