State bank of india is a largest bank in india. Maximum branch and atm available in india.
I have a saving account in this bank last 4years. State bank is good but not best. Branch employees behaviour is not good. Customer care is so difficult, when I call customer care with my registered phone no they told input your acoount no cust id, then connect the call wtih a custmer care phone banking officer. Seriously its so difficult.
State bank atm is good. Maximum atm’s counter having security gourd are available 24×7. That is a good service. Now cash diposit machine also available in sbi e courner and I think all over india maximum amt is sbi atm.
Internet banking is alos difficult as phone banking. When you first time singup internet bank through app or portal its so difficult honesrly. After singup its easy to use but not user friendly.
As per my exprience good but not best.
