In my personal experience with the state bank of travancore is not good. Mainly the coustomers service provided by the bank. Almost 1 year ago I started an savings account in that bank, they charged 30rs in every 3 months for SMS functions but I am still now not revised any SMS from the bank and also my debit card is now not working, when I got to the help desk for reissuing new debit card they give me an bad experience so I stopped using the sbt account for transferring my amounts now I am using an private bank that’s really good to me.
The main problem with the state bank of travancore is that they charged money for non working functions that’s really bad to an bank.
