According to state bank of india, the state bank rewardz is the one of the biggest loyalty program but not a successful program.
I am a customer of state bank of india and I am using online payments through mobile banking also on debit card. So I am eligible for the rewardz points from state bank of india. Rewardz points are used for recharge, movie tickets booking, merchandise shopping and for many other reasons.
But in case I am not able to create my account in state bank rewardz.
I have already registered 24 days ago but they are not providing my state bank rewardz account details.
I am trying to contact through mails and calls but they are not responding to my mails, also the customer service is very worst.
Please state bank of india improve your customer service.
