I once booked hotel room using their website and what are my experience are mentioned below which are very true and honest.
Their service and support is fine but they took more time for replying your request.
They provide less information about hotels and they post less number of pictures of the hotel.
Website is user friendly. It is simple and useful to refer for new customers.
Once I booked room for 2 days. So I went there and there was lots of difference between real hotel rooms and the pictures that they have posted. So I totally dislike it when I asked about it to manager he said that it’s not their fault. So I have to sacrifice and live there for two days.
