Friends I recently went to this hotel and it is so dirty. The presentation of food is very bad if not worst. The staff is never helping. I ordered a masala papad and they took half hour to just serve a papad. Is this their service? Not only that, they took so much time to serve the food. We waited for one hour to just get the food. That is very disappointing. The staff said too much crowd was the reason for late delivery. But it didn’t seem so. The rooms are not very clean and hygienic.
