I am one of those unfortunate members of Sterling. Stuck badly! They have a lousy customer interaction team. The call centre sucks! At 4.45 they are shut. Some of them are arrogant, while some are ok. They will constantly claim they will " get back" - never. you will die calling them - phone on long holds, dont get lines, offices shifting too often and you are so confused that you dont know which number to call. Shame!
No Customer Officers to interact in case you have a problem. There will not be escalation numbers - you can check this in their website. Poor service!
I had a major problem with thier point credit system. Its been over one week now - no one has even called to check. Sucks big time!
Sorry to say that. Perhaps they have got arrogant after they have grown - may be!
