Sterling holidays for cancellation of membership

I have applied for cancellation of my membership ID 1231515 because of medical issues.I have got a  response from Mr.Raghav Sterling holidays Chennai. He has  initiated the process after going through my request in mails, telephonic discussion and medical documents he accepted my request and ready to initiate   100% refund towards my membership payments. Mr Ramesh is saying he has refunded the amount on 20 th April 2017 but till date it is not credited in my account, I informed them several times discussed with my regional head of my banker PNB .The amount Rs 59472 is not credited in my account.If I write mail to them they are giving me the transaction details but it is no use for me because I forwarded the same to my bank they have tracked it with that details it has not credited.I have send sterling holidays my bank statements also as per their requirement then also they are not taking any action.As per my bankers it should be resolved by the the sterling holidays banker because as they are saying that it is debited from their account then I want to know where the money has gone.I am really very upset because I raised the request in the 2 nd week of oct 2016 for refund and still it is not resolved. Very pathetic and traumatic experience with sterling holidays. Last week I have taken the case to consumer forum and sent a legal notice to sterling holidays.The case is filed in the consumer forum Korba and the company is unable to provide the legal documents and the case is under process.The cheaters will be punished by the court soon.
