Very bad service from sterling holidays. They aren’t responsible once they take ur money they are least bothered to help u. I wanted to transfer my membership. I personally went to sterling holidays on a week taking off from my work and requested them to transfer my Membership. They took my original membership certificate and money for the transfer. Mr.gopinath from bangalore Cunningham road office he was handling my transfer. He was told it takes 1month to get transfer process.After few days there was a mail that he forgot to take signature from me and he would send me a mail I have to take the print out sing it and courier him back. I did the same. I did it after a week he sent my as I was busy in my work. It’s been 4months he doesn’t reply for my mails. I tried calling to toll-free number they don’t recieve my calls. I have sent more dan 4 mails nobody respond. I am really disappointed. I request not to take Membership from sterling.choose other Dan sterling.I have mahindra there service is good comparatively. These people are real fake
