Show Buisness

The smell of failure is something always nauseating..and when it comes to people who never expect it , it is something even worse..this point can be remembered throughout this novel of Sidney Sheldons! The best example is of the show buisness where hundreds flock in to make it big, see dreams which might or might not come true. The story is told to us with two main characters in the lead

Toby Temple :the wide eyed innocent looking but manipulative comedian who has a large fan following and who it seems has a very large organ !!

Jill Castle : The Polish girl whos father dies at her birth due to a stupid and loose tounged nurse and whos mother blames her for her fathers birth.A girl who travels her journey from the innocent unlucky </>girl who always dreamt of owning beautiful things to the struggling actress who learns , that to survive in the show buisness shes got to sell her body.

The two meet and I can say its not a hero and a heroine meeting but a villan and a villaness (both in their own ways)!!

Jill has always been shown as one unlucky girl who never gets what she wants and my sympathy goes with her at many times in this story!!especially towards the end!!

Sheldon does have many surprises for us in this novel of his and its worth reading.Read it and understand the show buisness and the difference of feelings of a person who has had success come his way and of the person whos dreams have always gone down the gutter!!Experience it!!
