Every two weeks a luscious blonde is found strangled. The police are baffled. The public is outraged. Detective Superintendent San Antonio scrambles through a silk-lined sewer of pimps, prostitutes , sadists and other choice specimens of the Paris underworld -- trying to stop the killer.
The bizarre trail leads to the French Alps and a savage twist brings San Antonio to the brink of extinction as he tracks The Strangler.
This is the second book from San Antonio that I read and it was great. The other book is From A to Z. San Antonio is Frances best selling supersleuth and James Bond fans would love him.
Nonetheless, this book lacks good language and is an easy read. Also, the subplots are too simple and solving puzzles are too easy. Anyways, it has a gripping storyline and readers will be hooked till the end.
San Antonio is a best seller in France and I am not surprised. - London Observer.
