I have ordered different products from sss a numerous times. Even my mom loves the products of sss. I buyed a pair of shoes and some tops. My mother have ordered shirt and a kurti from sss. No doubt they take almost more than a month to deliver the products. But yet the products are upto to the mark of their price. 1 have used the pair of shoes for more than 1.5years. And the tops are still running. My mom’s shirt and kurta is fine too. I never had any issue about their customer service. I regularly keep an update of the product. To be honest after every two days I mail them. Happy
