Order 3 pair of shoes through cash on delivery which I thought was a huge mistake as they delivered the order after 11 days. Yes it did happen and it was a huge task for me to track it initially and when the items arrived one of them wasn’t my size for which so I thought of exchanging them . Now that became a huge problem for the company because their website didn’t have any option for return which is why that particular shoes sitting lying in my shoe rack for no good reason. I’m certainly not a happy customer of sss.
