When I forst saw this site, I was so damn impressed with the varieities of dreses and shoes they have and at good price. So finally I decided to order and I had ordered three pair of shoes in 999 from sss. But all of them is bigger for my feet so I have mailed sss to exchange that pair with my correct size. I got the answer mail they have asked me to do it from their site in the my account module and hence I did the same way. But after even submitting the replacement request as they have suggested me, I have not got any notification for it. Therefore, I have mailed them number of times to provide me solution but they are not responding to my mails and their customer care number is not working. Also, it is mentioned on their site that you can submit replacement. I wont buy anything from them even though it looks attractive.
