Poor Cust. Service!No response to email!No Refund!

This site really need some good Dev/QA and most important some good customer service center.

My refund of order no #973561/ #973561 are pending since last 4 months moreover no response to more than 9 of my emails. Pathetic customer services. Take more than a month to deliver the product. Cancel the product after 2 months of the order placement with no refund for next four months. HIGH TIME! THINK!
