FRAUD'S BE WARE (No support at all)

Every order has a new experience with street style store:


Order 1: 3 shoes ordered(buy 3 https://m.mouthshut.com/999 rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@999)  COD


Order was delivered in 45 days size & Quality was like I never wore them


Order 2: A garment and shoes COD


Garment size was not as per size chart when I received it 96 days post order


shoes were never received.


By the way above were one order split into 2 by SSS.


I heard delivery is faster for prepaid ones


Order 3: I ordered 2 pair of shoes for 1399. Prepaid


Their Customer care is hopeless never pick the call and on email they said that it will be dispatched within 21 days. hmm the status changed however the tracking no. was available only after 26th day of order and the delivery took 7 days.


ALAS!. The brown boots changed color to maroon. and material from faux leather to suede ohk.


Order 4: A garment Prepaid


On request they made it priority dispatch and dispatched on 23rd day( that is what they call priority) and the shipment took 11 days to deliver. I wish if I could say I will aishwaryasingh23 30 days post receiving shipment.


Order 5: Placed an order today is 19th day not sure when will I receive it. Received this order on 38th day with a wrong size. requested exchange and exchange order creation took . 16 more days and delivery 13 more days. so one shoe took 67 days.


The shoes platform sole broke from end to end in less than one month of use.


Order 6: Prepaid order. A pair of boots. placed date  16th nov. today’s date 24th jan.: 70 days and no trace of dispatch. on demanding refund    . and queries please check comments for responses.


It’s March 23’2017 and Order is still not delivered.


PS: I did it for it’s a part of my job.


Please don’t test their service or you may die of adrenaline rush


I wish if I had an option of 0* for few.


> Customer Service: No service available( if putting email and contact info for the   purpose of display doesn’t count.


> Product Quality: As per name quality too is of street level & display and in hand product may slightly match


> Delivery time: They can’t commit 21 days dispatch either. Order for a party 2-3 months in advance with backup option ready.


> App & Website: Well your non delivered & return initiated order details will vanish from your data in few weeks( yes it did happen)


> Reliability: ahem there is no question this word can even be partially related to them. Problems can happen once or twice . five times really?
