Firstly, their presentation on the website is very beautiful, when you see the products online it has some beautiful colours, patterns of shoes, and variety!
They always have great offers going on like 3 shoes for 999, 3 pieces of jewellery for 499, 2 shoes for 799 etc. I was really impressed by the jewellery pieces as they were really nice and unique in design, I saw the offer flashing 3 for 499 this is how I ordered .
I got my parcel in a cute black box with good packaging, but this all was of no use to impress me as it arrived after three months and by that time I even forgot I ordered something. To make things worse, I didn’t even receive a call from the customer care team to inform/update me about my order. So basically my excitement of receiving something was gone by that time . On top that their quality was not that nice as they have gone black and rusty!
This whole experience made me not want to order from this website again.
