So yeah, it looks like one of those super shady sites where the pictures look too good and the prices seem too cheap. And you’re kind of right - the prices are cheap but its not a super shady site.
I’ve ordered shoes thrice from this site and each time I got the perfect fit and reasonable quality. Tricks to getting it right -
1) Read their policy properly. If you can’t handle that they CHARGE for exchanges, that there are NO returns, don’t buy
2)Measure your feet properly and there should be no problem at all
3) KNOW that they will take time to deliver, sometimes as much as 60 days. So be READY to wait.
Now as for some issues with the site -
1) No rating shoe-wise, so no way to know which shoes are better than the others
2) Incomplete descriptions, like heel size isn’t there, so makes it difficult to judge and there is no way to raise a query and ask so again you’re left on the angle of the picture to understand which can be VERY MISLEADING
3)The flats are REALLLY flat. As in I could feel the gravel under my feet. NOT appropriate for everyday travel esp if the roads are dusty or have stones, you will get NO SUPPORT. Some shoes do have some padding, again that guesswork is left by looking at the 1 picture they have uploaded
PLUS POINTS-
1) HEELS. Their heels are super sturdy. Now I have only tried buying their flats and block heels so I cannot comment over their stilettos but i’m guessing those wont be bad either.
2)Shoe sizes are on point. Look at their sizing chart and order. You should be fine
PS- HAVE NOT TRIED THEIR CLOTHES SO CANNOT COMMENT ON THEM. CONSIDERING THEY DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS, SUPER RISKY HENCE UNLESS THEY MODIFY THOSE RULES, WILL NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM HERE ALTHOUGH SOME OF THEM MIGHT ACTUALLY BE PRETTY
