Okay it’s been days and then months of waiting patiently for a reply and also lack of time to do this, but if it comes to this so be it!

In a day and age where sites do a 24 hour delivery of products and promptly pickup return orders, reimburse/return money to your bank accounts, I’m being put through nothing less than a torture to get my shoes returned to Street Style Store and get a refund.
The shoes for which I’d placed an order in April(4 MONTHS AGO) didn’t turn out one bit like in the pictures on the site.I asked for an exchange for a pair of black loafers and specifically sent a long mail about my foot size and asked them to ensure they send the right size so I donot have to go through their painful exchange procedure.
So, I place an order for the loafers around May, they get delivered some 15 days later or maybe a month and THEY DONOT FIT ME.
Fair enough! I ask them for a refund saying There’s nothing else I like on the site and I’d like the item to be collected and my money refunded, because I donot have the patience of ordering something else and not liking it!
It is exactly 3 months since that mail and there is NO REPLY from them on this. Not just that, there have been patient reminders on mail and n number of phone calls to what shouldnt be called a HELPLINE! It doesn’t even F*ing connect! I think its a fake number
Anyway after several polite mails and few warning mails of taking an action and Still no reply from them its come to THIS!
Waiting for 3 months to get a damn pair of shoe exchanged, is beyond a person’s tolerance level. Online sites CANNOT take their customers for granted like this in times where there are 100 other sites that give prompt services.
It’s not about my 1000 bucks or those goddam shoes they sent me in the name of loafers(which btw aren’t even worth 400) ITS ABOUT PUTTING SOMEONE THROUGH THIS!
Online shopping is supposed to be for convenience and what once in a while is a stress burster for us. It cannot become another added stress to our lives! Totally defeats the purpose!
