Confusion!

Am badly confused after reading all da reviews. Out of 100 people, only 1 praises this store. But da footwears and clothes in this are too tempting. Am not able to resist shopping. So I just wanted to ask if this late delivery thing happens only for shoes or clothes too because I want to order some dresses.
