I have bought a dining table from Style Spa Bangalore, Jakkasandra store.There customer service executive was polite, courteous & vert forthright in explaining the details of the product.
We had seen other branded furniture shops like Godrej, Damro, Home Town, Houseful, etc.Did not like the price/value ratio or the design & finishing of all the above.
The delivery was very prompt & as promised.There was some defect in two of the chairs, which were replaced at just a single mention & no questions asked back liked it is so small & hardly noticeable. Even one the table legs had a small scratch which was replaced instantaneously. Frankly speaking, I was not expecting this. I though I may to have to argue it out & escalate if required. But I was proved wrong & I am really happy for that.
I have noticed that lot of people are concerned about the MDF & prefer wood instead.The MDF based products from Style Spa are of real good quality. They look just like teak or rosewood products & cost half of it.
Two years back was the first time I bought something from them.I had bought a sofa & a center table from them.Both are perfectly fine till date.The revolving single sofa has got a lot of rave reviews of our friends.
This time we have bought a dinning table with 4 chairs & a bench.This is quite in design & usage. Normally we use the 2/4 chairs & we when have more than 4 we use the bench which till then is neatly rests under the table.
They have very good customer service & very prompt & attentive to concerns. Customer is king for them.All outlets do not have all the products listed on their website. Can always call them & inquire whether that particular model is available for display.
