This is my experience of buying a Sofa Set from Style Spa(Noida, Sector 18), I bought it a year ago.
The experience of Customer service and product is as follows:
The sofa color I chose was different from what it was delivered. I was not at home and after 2 months when I reported, I was given the explanation that it is only lighter than what you see and it can’t be changed.
The price which I bought for(32000) was not worth it. It only looked attractive and slid that time, now I found I should have bought it from some other furniture shop. It’s pathetic.
