If you are a heavy metal fan, I mean an hardcore heavy metal fan then look no further coz this place will blow your brains out. its is a small pub located in MG road and it comes alive on weekends. If you are into classic metal and hard rock then the best time for you is between 6 pm to 9 pm coz after that may god have mercy on your soul!! This place in not for the faint hearted. They start off with AC/DC, led zepplin and GNR but they finish with Slayer, Arch Enemy, COB, Cannibal Corpse, etc If your in to thrash and death and all the best time for you is on sundays between 9 pm and till it closes coz there is no better place in whole of bangalore to match that. I visited this place 3 years ago and now is become almost like a second home for me and I still go there every week end. it only have cover charges on saturdays of 200 per person and believe me its worth every single penny you pay. But if you have a girl friend and if she is not into heavy metal then don’t take her along coz she’ll bug you to leave while your having the time of you life. Its a place where most of the famous india metal bands like Kryptos, mindsnare etc hang out and often you seen ’em around. The DJ’s there plays all kinds of metal genres like power, black, death, thrash(very often), gothic, doom, etc. the place has different Dj’s every day so you’ll never get tired of listening the same songs everyday, make sure you go there on a sunday evening coz the DJ who comes on sundays will take on a ride of your life. And if that is not enough and you want more heavier then go there on a saturday afternoon sometime around 4pm to 6pm, you’ll probably break your neck head banging so hard. The place also has good food at decent prices. Just like the names suggests its a boundary between the underworld and the world of the living. so take my word for it, If your ever in bangalore plus your a hardcore heavy metal fan then get your A** there coz there is no place like \m/ STYX \m/
