I have bought Su Kam falcon 800 va and Su Kam battery about 1 year ago and I have faced so many problem.
The inverter overload light pop up and beep automatically sometimes or even make power shutdown. Hardly it gives backup about 2 to 2: 30 hrs with full day battery charging.
I don’t know if it’s battery fault or inverter but every time we call sukam they send their employee and take the inverter for testing and said that the problem is solved but after 3-4 days the problem come up again.
Worst service by sukam and worst product by sukam never buy their product
