Quality of Su-Kam has deteriorated to the maunder minimum. One year before, full load was covered for 6 hours, now it trips just in 5 seconds.
The customer care is very poor and refuses to come. Even if it comes., they have a set business tactic. Firstly all inverter companies will put you on defensive by saying that you yourself have loaded the inverter too much, it’s their prerogative to check & connect all the appliances specifically.
Secondly if you convince& prove to them, that wattage is lower than the capacity of inverter, they will cook up a concocted story. "Ok (as if who cares) it should be a capacitor which may have gone wrong and that the inverter is not able to charge the batteries." The hidden agenda is to place a wrong equipment then and we really can’t know that the batteries are not working. He’ll never check up the battery’s plates in details on alibi that it can’t be opened.
So you see how these crooks become billionaires.They will also suggest to go in for higher models. These buggers won’t ask you to invest in an inverter with more batteries. They think we are millionaires though we aren’t comfortable enough to become lakhpatis.
The situation is better than other inverter companies. This was supposed to be the best inverter company in India yet this is the situation. I think one day I’ll immigrate to another country one reason being this. Since 8 years we have installed inverters, the story continues to be the same:(
