We installed the Su-Kam pure sine inverter 5 years ago and everything worked really fine for the first 1 year and the inverter was giving a good battery backup of 10-12 hours even with the heavy usage and 2 tvs, 1 computer 10 bulbs which was impressive. The problem was not with the inverter but the batteries.
The batteries worked really well but with only a few months of usage it started giving less and less battery backup. Sometimes even just 6 hours. At first our thoghts were our usage but then it died after shortly 2 hours and when we called service they had to replace batteries that cost us 2500.
The Inverter’s battery is heavy waighty.It was not comfortable for potable.
It is from Su-Kam brand.The brand is not go good and helpful.So it is not durable.It is hopeless.
There are some sorts of problembs which r mentioned below.
It use not hard.Using is very easy.
takes too much time to get fully charge.
battery backup is very bad.
customer care service very bad.
makes humming sound, even their engineer is not able to tackle it.
I am not recommend this product.
