Pls don’t buy su-kam inverter, expecting to get a gud after sale support . I bought a sukam inverter shiny 850va . The product serves my purpose but while charging there is a noisy fan inside the inverter.
There customer care and the after sale service is worst, one can experience. I got a complaint with the battery and they told they will replace the battery after many excuses they made. Till now [its more than 2 weeks] its not been replaced. When I call them they reply with some silly excuses.
So this is an advice, the inverter is good but the after sale service is poor. So pls buy only after ensuring guaranteed after sale service.
