Very Poor service in replacement battery

I purchased Su-Kam Inverter with Su-Kam batteries (The main mistake I did). I thought it will be good. I made two units 1 for my house and another for my in-laws house. My in-laws battery (135 AH) down with in 12 months and for replacement they took 1 month. Now in 14 Month my battery also down and I registered a complaint with the dealer.


They took 5 days to check and confirm it is battery issue and raised a complaint with Su-Kam with number  (# 140 417 183 41) on 20 April 2013. But till now no communication from Su-Kam. I contacted customer care and they gave one Mr Mohan (90808 68844) and he dragged the issue for two days after that he gave Mr Tilak phone number (95008 04886). Now both of them are not taking my calls and Tilak made his phone switched off (29-April).


So please never go to Su-Kam inverter (And never think of its batteries they will kill you)
