India is still electricity deficit country especially in rural areas. It is a necessity now. We are hugely dependent on electricity. Therefore, to meet this shortage and to do our home chores we need electricity all time. Hence, people purchase inverters. We have been using inverters for a long time now. Our last inverter was from other company and it was for a single battery but las year in April we upgraded our inverter which can run on dual battery. It was good for the first few months but after the warranty was over it started showing some errors such as sometimes it gets fully charged very quickly and some time it took ages, the power it produced also very inconsistent, our one tube light got fused because of this consistency. We called for Su-Kam engineers to lookout for the matter. They did fix it at that point of time but now the same problem has come back. The engineers charges are very heavy, its better to seek help from local electrician rather than the companys appointed. I didnt find this inverter durable and will not recommend it anybody. I request to buy some local brands as they last long and cost less than these so called big names.
