I have purchased sukam inverter and it is under warranty .I have purchased sukam shark 700 model on 07-09-2016 with warranty of 24 months.
Serial num of this is 56901B21342203150324.
I am totally disappointed with this product as it is not durable like other inverters.It was not user friendly.The inventers front portion has the visual indicators arranged but they were not working.so we cannot identify whether power goes off or on.
We cannot also know the charge percentage of the battery.
This inverter cannot bear or make us sustain in overload situation.it provides only 3 to 4hrs back up.its not supporting user during time switching of f theups.
Multiple requests are made regarding this.they refuse to look in to it.we are fed up with this inverter.it is totally waste of money.
Is it not the duty of service center torespond onact on the queries of the cutomers? Dont they provide value to the customers.
Frnds pls think on this before opting for this inverter.
